make it more likely that individuals and families recover from their difficulties
and go on to create more fulfilling lives.

sessions with a professional therapist or counsellor. In a secure and confidential
setting you can explore your thoughts and feelings with your counsellor. Each session
lasts 50 minutes. The therapist works with you to make sense of long-standing modes
of thinking and behaviour, to increase your understanding and confront destructive
patterns to work towards beneficial change.
